Design of Energy-efficient and Energy-efficient Slag Discharge Device for Large-bore Drilling Rigs

Abstract Micro pile hole is a kind of bored with diameter 100~400mm, which has been widely used in the field transmission line engineering recent years, and its formation usually uses DTH (Down-the-Hole) drilling rig. When rigs operate, slag discharge method to use compressed air provided by compressor blow muck directly from bottom ground. However, during process, it difficult out due large cross-sectional area annular space between wall drill pipe, especially after certain depth, even more if wet soil encountered. Therefore, there an urgent need develop machine for auxiliary improve efficiency reduce working energy consumption. In this paper, barrel device connected end pipe following bit designed, can collect store rock that outside hole, achieve good effect, consumption cost. Through Fujian UHVDC project, reliability practicability are verified.
